The Youth Ministry is comprised of Middle and High School students that are seeking to learn more about God and what it really means to follow Christ. We have monthly meetings where we discuss life lessons, current events and social issues. In addition, we plan field trips to engage other church youth groups, concerts, movies and entertainment parks. The goal is to help our youth form a better foundation as they move into adulthood and face big challenges as they share the love of Christ to the world.

An additional support we utilize to support our youth is C.L.I.C.K. (Children Learning In Christ Kingdom). The group is comprised of ages 10-14, and meets on the 2nd and 4th Sunday during service. The purpose of this group is to teach basic biblical principals to youth while they transition children's ministry to the youth ministry.

Women's Ministry

The purpose of the Agape Christian Center Women's Ministry is to build spectacular relationships. We seek to grow in love and compassion for each other, celebrating victories together and carrying each other's burdens. We believe this is not only our responsibility (Galatians 6:2), but also our honor and privilege -- and we have seen great growth in our sisters' lives as we have lived this way.

We believe the most important relationship for every woman is the one with the Lover and Creator of her soul, Jesus. That's why we plan all our events and programs with a focus on getting to know our Lord deeply and intimately as well as building community with one another. We pray with one another, learn from scripture together, and take tangible actions to bless and serve other women locally and beyond. We want to love others just as Jesus loves us. So we strive to make our ministry welcoming and loving to all women, regardless of their life experiences. We know relationships are risky but we believe the risk is worth it. And we hope that through our relationships with God and each other, we can provide much-needed healing and experience all the joy and beauty this life may have to offer us.

Children's Ministry

Vision Statement

To meet God’s expectation concerning the training, nurturing, and development of our children

Purpose

The Children’s Ministry will teach the word of God. This will entail helping the children to build a personal relationship with God.

The Bible says in Ephesians 6:4: bring us your children in the training and admonition of the Lord, and Proverbs 22:6: train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it

The Children’s Ministry needs to be a place where singing, teaching, and activities are a level that they can understand and therefore will be able to receive from the Lord.

Goals

To have singing, teaching, and activities on their level that they may receive from the Lord
Having programs and lessons designed to meet their individual learning and ministry need
To have the children to come to know Jesus and express their love for him
To develop a personal relationship with God (children need to know who they are in Christ)
